Abstract:
We have grown to a community of around 75 HCD professionals in 33 countries across the global south. It is time to think about the strategy of how we want to further evolve our community.

I like to stand still for a moment and listen to your feedback on your positive and negative experiences with our community till date, in order to further improve the current member experience.

During the second half of the session, I like to float around some new ideas how we can boost the value of current members, how typical personal development paths could look like, how we can help each other in achieving personal growth, and how we can attract new clients and business opportunities.
