M&E has evolved over the years from being primarily quantitative to a blend of quantitative and qualitative research. Secondly, M&E is not just reserved anymore for a baseline and end line study of a program. It is conducted throughout inception, program design, mid term and end term. Maha will share the latest trends in M&E and instigate a discussion around the overlap and key difference between modern M&E and HCD.
About Maha Salman
Maha is an expert in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). She has worked as a consultant in the public sector for over 4 years. After graduating, she started at Adams Smith International. She was M&E analyst for education systems. She also was involved in study of UNICEF on adolescence equity index (quality of life: education, jobs, social security, health). Now she assesses the performance of digital school programs.
