How do the worlds of SBC and HCD come together? In my view, SBC is a larger process/project within which HCD can be used as an approach/principle for creating solutions. We will talk about how the process of SBC works, it’s scope, and discuss whether HCD is actually just another name for this (or one of the many possible SBC approaches) or if there is more to that; and of course, if or how the practitioners of either can work interchangeably.
