Learn together

Learn and grow together with fellow change makers in a small cohort, trained and coached by top quality instructors. The online platform will provide ease of interacting with change makers within your cohort, your instructors, as well as other change makers, designers and mentors on the global platform. 

Live classes

Your instructor will host live classes on Zoom, where you will get first hand explanation, and where you can reflect and discuss learnings with your fellow change makers.

Social learning

Easy access to all the content through the e-learning platform. This platform includes social learning features like group messaging, feed, forums, DM. 

Practical assignments

You will directly apply the content with handson assignments, so by the end of the course  you actually have developed your own unique business idea.

1:1 Coaching

You will receive one on one coaching throughout your journey. The instructors guide you step-by-step, with regular feedback and advice how to get it done!

  • Round Robin technique: Experience the power of co-creation with fellow class mates

  • Validate your idea with various potential users and/or customers
  • Get 1:1 coaching on refining your business idea based on feedback from users/customers
  • Draft your pitch deck (template provided)

2-hours live session on Zoom:

  • Practice your pitch
  • Get feedback from class mates
  • Get inspired from your class mates how they pitch their business ideas

Homework assignment for final pitch event:

  • Invite family friends, customers, users, potential funders for online pitch event
  • Practice, practice, practice your pitch

Live Pitch event on Zoom:

  • All graduates pitch their business ideas to the audience
  • Receive certificate after succesful completion

Your Instructors

About Francina Bounanotte

Francina is from Argentina and has spent the last four years living in Brazil. After earning her degree in Architecture, she embarked on several years of travel, which provided opportunities to engage with various projects across Latin America, including Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia. and broaden both her personal and professional horizons, ultimately transforming her approach to work.

Currently, Francina is determined on developing social impact projects in the fields of education, socio-territorial development, and social and urban innovation. She is very experienced in applying Strategic Design (HCD), Collaborative Methodologies, and Community Mobilization tools to create impactful interventions. She also enjoys experimenting with different tools to generate impact, such as Cooperative Games, Cartographies, Graphic Facilitation, and Storytelling. In response to the onset of the pandemic, she began to explore how to conduct participatory processes in the new virtual environment. This led to her working with innovation processes centered on digital transformation, with the goal of democratizing access to technology.

About Cailo

Caio Fiuza is an urban planner and architect, a graduate of the University of Brasília. Since 2012, he has been dedicated to participatory projects, community mobilization, and technical advising, involving territories in the Federal District and other states of Brazil. He has also developed audiovisual and graphic design projects related to the city, and he currently works at the Elos Institute, focusing on the facilitation of community processes.
