Live Session #41 | How do we effectively explain HCD?

It is time to rethink how we communicate our HCD process! We have noticed how we explain the HCD process kept changing over the years. This is confusing for us as designers, our clients, and those learning about HCD. A simple and shared understanding of the process will help us grow as a community and professionals.
