Live Session #46| Topic: “Co-innovation platforms: what works and what doesn’t?”

26/06/2024 @ 3:30 PM 5:00 PM CEST

In our last community live session, we shared our vision for the Innovators Team—a multi-stakeholder ecosystem dedicated to developing scalable innovations for communities as a team effort.
We are now in the process of strategizing how to make this vision a reality. One of the activities in this journey is ‘Solution Landscaping,’ which involves identifying and evaluating existing co-innovation platforms. We encourage you to share links to any co-innovation platforms you find interesting in the group “Innovators Team”. This solution mapping exercise is being conducted alongside our consultancy work for GAIN, which aims to launch a digital platform to facilitate co-innovation between governments in Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Kenya, and Ethiopia. So, various co-innovation platforms that we found and assessed will have a link to innovating in the public sector around Food Security & Nutrition.

Join us for an engaging Community Live Session where we will present and discuss our findings. During the session, we engage everyone to reflect on which features and benefits you would find interesting as a designer, and which negative experience of these existing platforms we should definitely prevent or flip into positive experiences when designing the Innovators Team platform.

Date: Wednesday, June 12th 2024 from 4:30 – 6 pm East African Time (EAT)
