Live Session #37 | Peer-learning pods

On April 12th we have another live session: peer-learning pods

This session is based on the learning pod format. All participants have the opportunity to have their personal challenge being discussed with peers. Depending on the amount of challenges and participants, we will either discuss them plenary or in break out rooms.

Learning Pod Format (20 minutes)

• 5 minutes – challenge owner introduces the challenge
• 3 minutes – others ask clarifying questions to get a good understanding of the challenge
• 1 minute – challenge owner re-articulates the challenge into one burning question
• 9 minutes – Group shares ideas and experience that contribute to solve the challenge / challenge owner is on mute and turns off camera, and only listens and takes notes
• 2 minutes – challenge owner reflects on discussion, what were key take aways, and what to do next.

Within 1,5 hours we have time to run 3 rounds in series.
